Welcome to the OCS-DCDP Registration site for the Community Economic Development (CED), Job Opportunities for Low-Income Individuals (JOLI) and Rural Facilities (RF) programs!

On this site, using the navigation tabs along the top of the screen, you can find information about current OCS Conference Calls and Conferences as well as register for the events listed.

On the Annual Conference tab of the site, registration information for upcoming CED/JOLI conferences is outlined.

On the Conference Calls tab of the site, information about upcoming conference calls is provided. Additionally, past conference calls are archived and available for review.

Check out the Resource Page tab of the site for useful resources, links, and tools related to the implementation of CED and JOLI projects.

When you are ready to register for an event listed on the site, please go to the Registration tab to submit an online registration form.
